Much of that work lives where systems, risk, and real organizational constraints meet. I’m interested in how clear architecture and thoughtful governance can make technology safer without making it harder to use.

I’m increasingly exploring AI and automation, with a bias toward practical applications over hype. The questions I find most useful are usually straightforward: What problem does this solve? What changes when it operates at scale? What does it take to make it dependable?
